2. License. QuantoraFX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
3. Use at Your Own Risk. The QuantoraFX software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You assume all risk associated with using the software for live trading, including total loss of capital.
4. No Liability. In no event shall QuantoraFX, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
5. Subscription. Access to live trading features requires an active subscription. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Prohibited Uses. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, sublicense, or resell the software. You may not use the software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
7. Data Privacy. QuantoraFX collects minimal data necessary for operation (trading performance metrics, device info). We do not sell your data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
8. Modifications. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. You will be notified of material changes via the app.
9. Termination. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your license to use the software ceases.
10. Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
